Respected Citizens of the World,
The Crisis of Our Age
Every human being desires stability, yet our world remains gripped by systemic instability.
Despite centuries of progress, four preventable crises persist—and continue to intensify:
- War and violence, fueled by competition for resources
- Poverty and hunger, sustained by artificial scarcity
- Inequality and inconsistency, encoded into economic systems
- Resource depletion and environmental collapse, accelerated by extractive demands
The Hard Truth
These challenges cannot be resolved within the current economic framework, which operates with the support and protection of every nation’s constitution.
The Unwritten—Yet Enforced—Clause in the Constitution
An archaic economic principle, embedded in the constitutions of most nations, dates back to the eras of barter and slavery. Though rarely stated explicitly, it is universally practiced and institutionally upheld. Its operational mandate is:
Except in personal family relationships, no generation shall provide survival necessities—such as products, services, education, and resources—to the next generation from birth without receiving a return, either in products and services or their equal value in money.”
Money: A Constitutional Entity
- Exclusive Access: Money can be obtained solely through wages, by investing one’s working time in the production of products and services.
- Legal Mandate: Money is mandated by the constitution of every country as the required medium of exchange for accessing all essential resources for survival.
- Punitive Enforcement: Consuming survival essentials without paying money is treated as a criminal offense under this constitution.
This Constitution and Its Consequences
- Fragments intergenerational genetic relationships
- Enforces lifelong economic bondage on every individual
- Violates biological imperatives of species survival
- Contradicts natural time principles
- Converts human potential into tradable labor
- Depletes natural resources and erodes human values
- Makes equality and fraternity virtually unattainable
- Encourages superstition over evidence-based understanding
