Topic-4
New World Humanism: Constitutional Reform.
From the hunting and gathering stage, we have progressed to agriculture, moved through the industrial revolution, and now stand in the age of information technology. Similarly, we have abolished systems like slavery, colonial rule, gender and caste discrimination, and child labor, and now strive to survive under democratic systems. Our ongoing efforts for sustainable survival in the journey of time serve as evidence of this progress.
Therefore, the next essential step in this evolution is to achieve our ultimate goal. To achieve this, we must move beyond individual ideas and examine how human survival can be implemented within the framework of time, much like other time-regulated functions in the cosmos with clear calculations and resulting formulas.
The formula that follows is one designed by time itself, considering the time equally as it is available to everyone in the same measure.
Despite daily variations, the total working time invested by a country’s Working Age population ensures the daily availability of essential P&S for all age groups.
When this total working time is divided by the population, the time required per person per day is determined. This value is then multiplied by the number of days an individual is expected to live, based on the average life expectancy in that country. This calculation determines the total working time each person must contribute to their country’s TAWT on ED during their working years.
Based on this, all countries must amend their constitutions to recognize working time as the official common medium of exchange. This system ensures that working time is:
-
Credited during childhood, when individuals consume P&S without contributing.
-
Directly exchanged during youth, when individuals contribute to the system.
-
Debited during old age, when individuals consume P&S based on their past contributions.
When this system is in place, P&S become accessible as invested working time is exchanged, just as air is available when we breathe. This eliminates reliance on others and aligns human survival with the principles of time, ensuring equity, sustainability, and independence for all.
However, implementing the NWH formula globally under current conditions is not feasible. A phased approach is required, involving discussions and gradual adoption at various levels.
As the first phase, every country should implement this measure: as new-borns grow and consume P&S, legal measures should abolish the practice of individuals collecting money for these items. Instead, the financial responsibility must be assumed by the country. The working time invested in producing these P&S should then be credited in each child’s name.
By implementing the fifth principle of time—one that has yet to be practiced—in these growing children, we lay the foundation for New World Humanism to become the governing reality on Earth for future generations.
